Future Help NOW has been created to assist technology novices, for example older Australians, deal with the ever changing impacts of technology on many aspects of life.

Having helped friends and family for years in dealing with new devices, or new online requirements we decided the time had come to help others in the community who may not have ready access to this type of help.

Our small team is very patient and no request is too small - we have seen how frustrating even small tasks can be when they are not well understood and enjoy providing help to seniors or others so they can do all they need to.

Using our experience with Hewlett Packard and Microsoft support, we are happy to explain as much (or as little) as our customer would like, or just do a specific task without fuss.
